It's About Time After School accepts children on a first come first serve basis. Parents/guardians must complete online registration and pay the nonrefundable online registration fee and 1st month tuition. Each year parent/ guardian must provide a current certificate immunization on form 3231 or AFFIDAVIT OF RELIGIOUS OBJECTION TO IMMUNIZATION on form 2208 to complete registration. Admission to the after-school program is not complete until the parents/guardians receive an acceptance letter or email. It is the parent/guardian responsibility to provide transportation to and from the program daily.

Yearly Registration Fees
$50 for full-time and drop-in students
$75 for a family of two students
$100 for a family of three students
$25 for scholarship students
Monthly Tuition
School age students, 5 through 12 years of age tuition is $350 per month for full-time students who attend 3 or more days per week and is not prorated. Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
Pre-K tuition is $425 per month for full-time students who attend 3 or more days per week and is not prorated. Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

Tuition is paid one month in advance and is non refundable and the same price each month.
Drop-In Rates
Drop-in students are welcome and tuition is $30 daily, but must be registered.
Drop-ins are students who attend two days or less per week and must be registered to attend.

Eligibility
It’s About Time Afterschool Program considers registration of all students ages 4 to 12 years old enrolled in . However, Pre-K students must be four on September 1 to attend It's About Time After School, while Kindergarteners must be five on or before September 1. We do not discriminate against people based on race, color, religion, gender, orientation, sex, national origin or the presence of medical conditions or disabilities. However, we reserve the right to refuse admission to any child who requires a level of attention beyond which we are designed to accommodate or who may require specialized training that may prevent It’s About Time staff from adequately meeting the needs of the child.
